The things I need to do aren't getting done and the things I shouldn't be doing are making their way to the top of the list. Oh well.
We went on vacation this week to North Topsail Beach, NC. It was gorgeous. We had perfect weather all 5 days. The dog got worms, either from the water or one of the million other dogs we had encounters with. :( Poor thing. She'll be better in a few days though.

I am already in vacation mode at work. I think people want to hurt me. I have some big projects due before I leave though, so I've been trying to stay on the ball while daydreaming about my toes in the sand at the same time.

WOOT! I was working a national conference for my company and it's over! What a stressful three days, but everyone had a blast so it was worth it. I met two big sports figures, M.L. Carr, former Boston Celtics player and coach and Richard Childress, owner of Childress Racing. I'm not looking forward to getting back to my regular work, but I do get Friday off!
